• Large opening inspection ports located on both sides at mid and head frame. Optional tail inspection port available.

Model XH

Designed specifically for the non-ferrous industry, the Model XH is the ultimate in strength and material handling. Accompanied with our Magnetic Slider Bed Series (optional) the XH can handle it all. 

Model XH Features:

• Rated to convey up to 15,000 lbs. of product over length 

• 9” pitch, 4” rollers with 3/8” thick side links and 1/4" formed pans 

• Frame and sidewall 1/4” minimum thickness steel 

• Bolt on 3/8” side wing protection plating to protect against extrusion damage 

• Hinged belly pans for ease of cleaning and maintenance 

• 35 ASCE rail top to bottom 

Model H

Whether commercial or residential, the Model H handles heavy loads with ease. 

Model H Features:

• Available in 6” and 9” pitch precision formed 1/4” plain pans 

• Side wings: 1/4” x 4” x 6” pitch (9” pitch) offset side wings welded 

• Tubing: 970 OD x .760 ID x 60” 1008 tubing 

• Chain: 6E3, 3” diameter single flanged rollers with 1/4” x 2” x 6” (9”) pitch side bars 

• Thru Pin: 3/4” dia. CR 1045 drilled and machined for cotter pin 

• 1” x 3” x 3” (2) impact shoes every other pitch 

• 25 ASCE rail top to bottom 

• 3” x 3” x 1/4” or 4” x 3” x 1/4” welded cleats on 4’ to 5’ spacing 

• Formed conveyor side frame and wall made with 3/16” plate 

Model M 

An economical conveyor to handle residential and commercial, a shallower frame with the same quality components and standards as the Model XH and H. 

Model M Features

• Available in 6” pitch precision formed 1/4” plain pans 

• All belt specs the same at Model H in the 6” pitch 

• 3” x 3” x 1/4” or 4” x 3” x 1/4” welded cleats on 4’ to 5’ spacing 

• Formed conveyor side frame made with 3/16” plate 

• Conveyor wall formed from 10ga. steel 

• 25 ASCE rail top to bottom 

• 3” x 3” x 1/4” or 4” x 3” x 1/4” welded cleats on 4’ to 5’ spacing
