Preventative maintenance programs are an integral part of increasing the longevity of your equipment. Our first step is a pre-service check. Based on the findings, we will suggest a maintenance and/or repair schedule.

Pre-Service Checks

A pre-service check is an opportunity to evaluate the condition of your current equipment. Our goal is to ensure that your equipment remains in good condition for years to come or highlight ways to make improvements.

Preventative Maintenance Program

A preventative maintenance program is scheduled based on your needs. It can occur as frequently as every week, monthly, quarterly, or annually. During the preventative maintenance inspection, a technician will evaluate the electrical, hydraulic, and operation components of your machine, This includes power pack, liners/knives, frame, conveyor, and wire tie assessments.

Examples of the Benefits of Preventative Maintenance

Hydraulic Components

  • Magnets – We will ensure there are no steel shavings, increasing the longevity of your cylinders.

  • Oil Level and Condition

  • Health and Cooling Systems – We will check the heat exchanger and heater elements to increase the life of your hydraulics.

Powerpacks

We will inspect components to extend the life of pumps and cylinders.
